Educación Básica Activa y Digital: Innovación y Currículo Priorizado presenta una propuesta académica orientada a renovar los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje mediante la articulación de pedagogías activas, inclusión, tecnologías digitales y selección curricular pertinente. La obra examina los fundamentos de una educación centrada en el estudiante, el desarrollo de competencias para la ciudadanía digital y la construcción de una cultura de aprendizaje permanente, junto con los principios del Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje y la atención a la diversidad. A lo largo de sus capítulos se estudian metodologías como el aprendizaje basado en proyectos, problemas y retos, el aula invertida, el aprendizaje cooperativo, la gamificación y el fortalecimiento del pensamiento crítico, la creatividad y la resolución de problemas. También se abordan ecosistemas digitales, plataformas virtuales, aplicaciones colaborativas, inteligencia artificial, realidad aumentada, realidad virtual y producción de contenidos interactivos. La evaluación formativa ocupa un lugar relevante mediante rúbricas, portafolios electrónicos, analítica del aprendizaje y retroalimentación apoyada por tecnología. El volumen integra, además, proyectos interdisciplinarios y STEAM, emprendimiento, sostenibilidad, ética tecnológica, liderazgo estudiantil, aprendizaje-servicio y comunidades de aprendizaje, ofreciendo referentes para una educación básica inclusiva, participativa, innovadora y vinculada con las competencias contemporáneas en diversos escenarios escolares y prácticas docentes actuales.
