El presente libro, titulado Gestión Estratégica de la Innovación en la Era de la Inteligencia Artificial, constituye un tratado integral sobre la arquitectura de las organizaciones modernas. A través de ocho capítulos, se explora la transición desde modelos de gestión tradicionales hacia ecosistemas de innovación regenerativos y tecnológicamente avanzados.
